At the entrance you will be welcomed by a bright kitchen with a charming fireplace, followed by a cozy dining room with a large communal table ideal for unforgettable evenings with family and friends. The bathroom, equipped with a charming bathtub and a shower, along with the hallway, complete the main floor.
Ascending to the first floor you will find two double bedrooms furnished with refined details, offering a cozy and sophisticated ambiance. Bed and bath towels are included in the rate. Located in the picturesque hamlet of Falmenta, a charming village overlooking Mount Zed, this residence is just 20 minutes away from the renowned town of Cannobio, on the shores of the enchanting Lake Maggiore. The house does not have a central heating system. The ground floor is heated by a stove, while there are electric radiators in the rooms. Appropriate clothing is recommended during the colder months.
Falmenta is a rejuvenating place for nature lovers, offering numerous panoramic walks towards Mount Zeda and the lake, passing through the famous Orrido di Sant’Anna.
